Friday Night Live brings Pride Night Energy to Bud Terrace
The Budweiser Terrace was buzzing with excitement Friday evening as the Cardinals hosted their 8th Annual Pride Night, kicking off Pride Month with a packed pregame party. Over 3,000 Fans from the LGBTQIA+ community, along with friends and family, gathered to watch the Cardinals take on the Dodgers in a welcoming and festive atmosphere. The event was part of the popular Friday Night Live series, with music from DJ MegO, $5 Hot Dogs and $5 Beers, and plenty of energy.
Those who purchased a special Pride Night Ticket from cardinals.com/theme received a Cardinals jersey designed with a Pride-themed twist. The jersey became a popular sight throughout the stadium, worn with pride by attendees showing their support for the LGBTQIA+ community. It added a unique touch to the night and served as a meaningful keepsake for many.
A portion of each Theme Ticket sold was donated to STL GLASS, a local nonprofit that supports the LGBTQIA+ community in St. Louis. The partnership gave the event added purpose, connecting the celebration at Busch Stadium with ongoing work happening in the community.
